    Summary


    Prosalis provides a variety of support options to business that fall under the general heading of managed services. The trend away from break/fix support has been evident for some time as business demands a more proactive approach to technology issues as well as the strategic input required to steer companies through the maze of technology options. We believe that with our cloud platform we have a unique proposition in that we can manage both the on premise and cloud services for our clients - 'one throat to choke'.

    Our managed services fall under these broad headings:

    • Remote management  - real-time management of our clients environment

    • Remote monitoring  - information gathering to stave off system failure

    • Software support - monitoring/management of the core systems for each client

    • Hardware support  - Pre-emptive and traditional break/fix onsite support

    • NOC (Network Operations Centre) - access to our Help Desk for day to day support needs

    • Consultancy / outsourcing  - support for on-going project planning and ICT
